“My first contact with Al Filidoro was watching him in one of the election debates several years ago, where he was the only candidate with honest, well-reasoned, and compassionate responses to the questions asked, while others were obviously striving for "political correctness" and resorting to personal attacks against their opposition.
I have had occasion to visit with him at several events and have come to know him as a man of true character, who says what he means, and means what he says. I especially appreciate his support of the performing arts in our community, and agree with his opposition to urban gas drilling.
I am proud to now consider him a friend, and would encourage everyone who wants their Councilmember to preserve the things we appreciate and value about Flower Mound, to vote for Al Filidoro and the other candidates who share his views."

"I know that Al
Filidoro understands the importance of diversifying our tax base.
I worked with Al when he was in the middle of our efforts to expand
our business tax base as Chairman of Economic Development for the
Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce. I am glad Al is back working for
us as one of our Council Members. I support him completely and I urge
you join me in Keeping Al Filidoro On Town Council!"
